At Amerident we do our best to respond to your problem promptly. We set aside time each day to be able to treat our patients requiring emergency care. Please do not hesitate to call us if you need to be seen for an emergency.

For what kind of problems should I schedule an emergency appointment?
If you're in pain or discomfort, you should be seen as soon as possible. The following are some examples of dental emergencies.
- Tooth pain
- Broken tooth
- Swelling of gum
- Swelling of cheek
- Sensitivity to hot or cold
- Bad taste in mouth
- Bleeding gums
Some of these may be signs of infection of your tooth or gum. Infection never resolves on its own so problems should be taken care of as soon as possible.
